Registered Express Corporation Announces TranzFile Name Change to Registered Express International and One Hundred Thousand Users Milestone
LAS VEGAS, Sep 21, 2012 — Registered Express Corporation (Pink Sheets:RGTX) is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of TranzFile Corporation. The Company will change the name of TranzFile, now a wholly owned subsidiary, to Registered Express International Corp to focus on the international market for its products and services.
COO John Taylor believes Registered Express International will spearhead the Registered Express(TM) brand into the global marketplace as a “trusted third party” for the global electronic delivery of documents, files, and media. This will give the Company a subsidiary focused specifically on international markets, beginning with Europe. For the three month period ending August 31, 2012 Registered Express / TranzFile has over 100,000 users and is now at the point to experience exponential growth. The international market is expected to represent approximately 60% of the Company’s user base and resulting revenue.
TranzFile’s proprietary “shadow technology” will be integrated into the Registered Express(TM) system and network, creating a next level for security, storage and delivery of valued digital content and its accountability. The Registered Express International / TranzFile team will also be focusing on the Postal Bureau and Enterprise markets.
