(“Liaozhongjing”) on patented technology development and national exclusive distribution of the Sustained-Released Diammonium Phosphate.  Prosperous Agriculture becomes the exclusive distributor of this national patent winner, Sustained-Released Diammonium Phosphate, in the nation.  It is expected to bring an increase of over RMB50 million sales (around $8M) to Prosperous Agriculture and the business is expected to achieve RMB300 million sales (around $47M) in 2013.
